[WT-support] ARRL DX 10 M - multiplier help list

Save it in the databases directory.  From the Win-Test menu, select File |
Explore | /databases directory to view it.

But since the exchange data is 4 years old, you may find that the prefill
of exchanges causes far more problems  than it solves.  Unless you update
it using your own 10m logs as posted previously, I think you're better off
deleting it.
