   1. In Win-test, type NOSOUND [Enter] in the logging window to prevent
distorted CW from sounding on the PC speaker (it will also make the keyed
   CW sound better).
   2. Run Start, Programs, RigExpert Standard, Show Serial Ports
   3. Note which COM port has been assigned for CW and PTT
   4. Type SETUP [Enter] in the Win-Test logging window
   5. Put a check mark next to the COM port that RigExpert is using for
   CW/PTT
   6. Set the device type on that line to "Other Interface"
   7. Press the Configure button on that same line to configure the COM port
   8. Set DTR (pin 4) to CW and RTS (pin 7) to PTT
   9. Click OK
   10. Click OK again
   11. Test F1 for CW

If you still get no CW output, make sure the IC-7800 is in CW mode, and
make sure there is cable connected from the RigExpert transceiver cable to
the KEY jack line on the back of the IC-7800. Do not plug it into
"ELEC-KEY," which is for paddles.

Also make sure nothing in Win-Test is set to "WinKey" and that the LPT
keying option is not checked.
