Yes, open WT.INI with Notepad, press Ctrl+F to do a "Find", type
"IcomGeneric" and press [Enter].  You will find this line:

IcomGenericRadio1=00h


Change it to:

IcomGenericRadio1=88h


Do File, Save, then File, Exit.

Then restart Win-Test and your IC-7100 should work OK.
