[WT-support] WG: Re: Contest recording

What I meant to say was, create a new (empty) directory (or "folder"), then
 copy both files to that folder.  The open the .wt4 file with wt_dev
4.11.0-dev.

But first make sure you a running wt_dev version 4.11.0-dev.
