[WT-support] Ukrainian DX Contest, Calls with Oblast

Hello,

 

is it possible to change  *.txt or *,hlp - Files into a WinText-readable
Format?  (XDT for instance).

Just downloaded some initial files from the Ukrainian Dx Contest - Site.

File format is neither TXT nor HLP, including a lot of Ukrainian Stations
with their Oblasts.

Any help appreciated.
