Thanks, Noel.  It does.  The only sidd effect appears to be that the "All Programs" entry for Win-Tesf for all users is overwritten by the latest instaation.

This will work.

Hi Mark,
you can install WT-HQ with the same user, but in a different directory, 
i.e. Win-Test-HQ,
and it will not mix or destroy other versions.

On my side, I have a computer with WT3 & WT4 , both with license keys, 
and WT-HQ.

The 3 versions are installed in different directories.
