[WT-support] Support request SP DX RTTY

Dear Win-Test authors,

would it be a lot of work to support the RTTY section of the SP DX 
contest? If managable, could you please add the rules to Win-Test?

Win-Test does support the CW and SSB part of the SP DX contest, but not 
the RTTY section.

The SP DX RTTY contest is a good contest with interesting rules. Last 
year, nearly 700 stations entered this contest. Because QSOs are allowed 
with everybody (not only with SP stations), the contest is good for Hams 
all over the world. Multipliers are DXCCs, SP-regions and continents. The

Win-Test is probably the best contest logger in the world. It would be 
great to hav the RTTY section of the SP DX contest availabel as well.
The next contest is in April 2014. There is plenty of time for preparation.
