[WT-support] wt.ini location

I suggest using the windows search window found under the "start" button --  
type in the file you are looking for, in this case wt.ini and the search 
window will show one or more occurances of wt.ini.  By right clicking on 
each file in the search window and selecting "show file location" you will 
be taken to each disc location.  On my Vista system the wt.ini file is in 
C:/Windows
