[WT-support] WRTC

[VE2TZT]

Next month with VA2WDQ we will participate as a WRTC station test in MA to the IARU 2013 using the WRTC rules.

We would like to use Wintest but the V4.10.0 with the WRTC overlay do not count DXCC as multipliers.

Can/must we use as I found in the archives :

http://download.win-test.com/v4/wrtc-2010/wt-4.5.0-wrtc-beta2.exe

Or is there any new version ?
