[WT-support] 4U1GSC - no DXCC?

4U1GSC is already listed in cty_wt_mod.dat.  Select that file as the
country file, and all will be OK.

In the Win-Test logging window, just type CTYFILES [Enter], select *
cty_wt_mod.dat*, and follow the prompts.

In fact, for all contests, I think it is always better to use
cty_wt_mod.dat.  It would be nice if it were the default.
