[WT-support] MP3 Encoder for Win Test fail to install

I need to activate the Contest recorder function in WT 4.9.

I followed the instruction on the USer Manual and downloaded Lame MP Ecnoder 3.99.5 from this site:

After extracting the file from the .ZIP file i tried to install the sw but with no luck (Run in Administrator Mode and also in XP SP3 Compatibility Mode).

Every time i run WT no audio Codec is available.

I have a Intel i3 Win 7 Pro machine.

Any suggestion/help would be appreciated.
