I cannot find that in the rules

Unlike CQ WW, there is no separate "Run" or "Mult" designation in the IARU
HF Contest, just a simple 10 minute QSY rule for multi-single stations.
Only one signal can be on the air at a time, whether the "mult" station is
working a multiplier or not. Also, there is no multi-2 category.
Therefore, there is no requirement to have a "Transmitter No." indication
in the last column of the Cabrillo file. The QSO time and band is
sufficient to determine violations of the 10-minute QSY rule.
