[WT-support] .OBF in multi- multi

The *Log* and *Continents* tabs of the Ctrl-F9 (Statistics) window can be
limited to a single band or mode, but the *Targets* window cannot. The
rates will be compared to the entire networked log, which is not very
useful in a M/M.

There is no band or mode data in the .OBF file (a text file you can view
with Notepad or similar), which is why such options are missing.

In other words, a lot of work would be required to support what you want to
do. Your only option would be to disable log synchronization, so each log
contains only one band or mode. I assume you don't want to do that.
