[WT-support] RTTY WINDOW V4.10

I think I've seen something about this before, but I can't change the colours in the RTTY window. Mine are defaulting to a very odd illegible set of colours. The normal action to change the text and background colours does not seem to work. Can someone remind me of the fix please ?
