It may work, but it is not recommended.  Upgrading all computers to 4.10 is
free.  Just do it.

For a list of bugs fixed in 4.10, see
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/release.txt.  One 4.9.1 bug in
particular can cause Win-Test to crash in a multi-op environment while
using spotting networks.
