[WT-support] multipliers in AGCW HNY

Hi Larry,

thanks. In fact my concern was whether it is possible to have counted mults,
 which are not present in the .DAT file, but in the meantime I have learned,
that update of the .DAT file is the only way.

Please use the latest AGCW.DAT and AGCW_HNY.DTB files from the download 
repository :

I just manually updated them.
