[WT-support] multipliers in AGCW HNY

Hello,
is there any way how to force Wintest to count as a new mult a code (e.g. 
AGCW member #), which is not present in the country file, agcw.dat in this 
case? I have a lot of mults, which were not counted as mults, most of them 
are new members, which are not included in the standard agcw.dat file yet.  
4.9.1. was used.
