[WT-support] database files

Hello Guys!
Regarding the coming ARRL INTERNATIONAL DX CONTEST,
I wish to have a database file with calsigns and STATES/PROV so that the log populates the exchange whenit recognizes a call-sign. Also, I would like to use my 2012 Contest log to recognize calls and states. 
How to do it?
