Yes, as for all new radios, use OmniRig.

   1. Download and install
OmniRig<http://dxatlas.com/OmniRig/Files/OmniRig.zip> by
   VE3NEA (free)
   2. Download and the updated INI files for
OmniRig<http://dxatlas.com/OmniRig/Files/RigIni.zip>,
   which includes IC-7410 support.
   3. Extract the files to the OmniRig Rigs directory, e.g.
   C:\Program Files\Afreet\OmniRig\Rigs\
   4. Start OmniRig and configure Radio 1 for IC-7410, using the baud rate
   supported by your radio
   5. In Win-Test, type SETUP [Enter] in the logging window and change
   Radio 1 to OmniRig
   6. Uncheck the COM port for the Radio 1 since OmniRig must be in control
   7. Press OK

Please report results.

Another option is to follow the instructions on this
page<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Supported_rigs#Other_Icom_radios>,
using "Icom Generic" but set the hex address in WT.INI to 80h.
