[WT-support] using PstRotator with Win-Test

I am trying to use PstRotatorAZ version 7.3 with Win-Test version 4.9.1 
and can't get the Pst rotator to track when using the Ctrl F12 key.  
When using PstRotator in isolation from WinTest and manual (not 
tracking) the rotator functions using Com port 5 into an XP PC Any 
suggestions? W7UPF
