Maybe you can try the ADIF to Cabrillo converter ADIF2CABR by SP7DQR,
mentioned in the this
issue<http://www.arrl.org/contest-update-issues?issue=2012-09-26>of
the ARRL Contest Update.

I haven't tried it myself; please let us know how it works.
