I reccommend WT users that are using WT in a MULTI OP environment to mark "ENABLE TIME DISTRIBUTION ACROSS THE NETWORK" in one PC only.
Here at II9P (CQWW SSB & CW) M/S operation we didn't. The result was that some Qs were not logged in chronological order and that the 10 minute counters were different in some stations (about 15 seconds between 10 meters station A and 40 meters station A and 20 seconds with between 10 mts A and 20 mts A).
We had four stations with two PC/radio per station for a total of eight PCs: STN 40 A-B, STN 15-160 A-B, STN 20 A-B and STN 10-80 A-B.
I supposed all PCs were syncronized via the internet with the same time but they weren't. With some luck, during the CW contest we noticed a difference between PC/radio A and PC/radio B at the 10 mts station (operator at radio A started to call while operator at radio B stopped him because we needed to wait other 20 seconds!).
It was nice that WinTest has the TIME SHIFTING function capability as I shifted the 10 meters PC/Radio A of a constant time and the 10 meters QSOs are now syncronized with the others' stations ones.
Best regards,
Fabio, IT9GSF (One of II9P)..
