Correct.  For M/S in CQWW, the 10-minute QSY timer is displayed in the last
column of the Status window (Alt-J):

After the contest, from the menu, run Tools | Check Log | 10-min QSY rule.

Remember you have to type RUN or MULT each time you restart Win-Test (it
doesn't remember).

QSOs marked as RUN even though they were MULT, or vice versa, can be
corrected by moving the cursor to the QSO and pressing either Alt-Y or
Ctrl-F3 to toggle the station type.
