[WT-support] Auot spotting

Automatically sending a cluster spot to log every station that you work in
S&P mode is not supported by Win-Test, nor is it likely to be added, nor is
there any way to automate this via a LUA script.

These days, with CW Skimmers and the Reverse Beacon Network, there really
no reason to have such a thing, at least on CW.
