[WT-support] Icom IC-820 CAT support ?

See page 43 of the IC-820 Instruction Manual.  CI-V baud rate may
be set at 300, 1200, 4800 or 9600 bps.  The standard (default)
baud rate is 1200 bps.   RTFM!
