[WT-support] SPDX RTTY Contest

Win-Test does not support the RTTY
contest only the CW and SSB.
I used it in the contest as it gives
me the provinces total.
If you want the DX totals, open the log
in CQWW.
You also have to do your own scoring.
And yes the logging colours do not always 
agree.

As I have said before, maybe more emphasis
should be put on CONTESTS and not on other
items.
