[WT-support] IOTA rule changes

RSGB IOTA rules have recently been changed

Unfortunately one of the rule changes involves a QSY rule applied to both
"Run" and "Mult" stations to a limit of 6 " Band or Mode changes" in every
60min "Clock Hour" 

Is there any way of  flagging up in WinTest this prospective problem area ?

 

It is obviously quite easy (especially in the last frantic few hours of the
contest!) to overlook  this issue - particularly on a "Mult" station
