It doesn't matter ... connect the transceiver "Key Out" signal (or
"Key Out LP" on the AUX/ACC connector) to the PTT IN pin on the
Radio port and configure headphone switching to select audio from the
other radio when one radio is transmitting.   "Latch" will not work
because the computer (Win-Test) does not assert PTT when using the
transceiver based DVK.  In order for "Latch" to function, PTT must be
generated by the computer (PTT port, 2nd PTT Port, FSK port, 2nd FSK
Port or WinKey).

Latch is not active if the paddles are used, if the foot switch is
used or VOX is used (PTT In) - each of those are "manual TX".
