This is exactly what I have

I added the $LATCH and activated it on the u2R but nothing seems to happen
after this change

It is working perfectly in CW, I never tried it in SSB and now I am getting
this problem.

Considering only SSB for now, I noticed that when I press F1, the RADIO 1
transmits but I don't see any PTT signal on in u2R panel and in CW the PTT
signal is there. Could it be this? I tried pressing the footswitch after
pressing F1 but nothing seems to happen.

Checked, I always have in AUTO mode

Could it be the PTT signal is being interpreted by Win-Test or u2R?
