[WT-support] WT does not open

Try to start WT from the Windows command line, and maybe you will see some
useful messages:

Start | Run | CMD.EXE

CD "C:\Program Files\Win-Test"
-or-
CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Win-Test"

WT

If this is a Windows 7 system, you may have to right click on the Win-Test
Icon and select *Properties*, then select "Run as administrator" and/or
"Run in XP Compatiblity mode".
