[WT-support] win test as log

Win-Test is not a general logging program, it is a contest and DXpedition
logging program.

Use Win-Test to export all of your contest logs to ADIF format.  Import the
ADIF logs into DXKeeper <http://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxkeeper/> or similar
free program.
