[WT-support] Wintest with FT-857D and Interface USB3 in cw

This is not unique to USB III ... it effects "straight key" CW from
any interface.

The short answer is that it is not possible to parallel paddles and
a straight key in the FT-857D.  You will need to use an external
keyer to have paddles and computer at the same time.
