BandMap spots are filtered based on *frequency*, according to the selected
Bandplan.  If the spot is outside the range for any particular band, the
spot will *not* show up in the Alt-A (Announce) window, or in the Bandmap.

What was the frequency of the spot, and which bandplan was selected?
