[WT-support] Minimum WinKey CW speed

Hi Simon - thanks for the reply.

I've also tried using the "use WinKey pot" for speed setting, but when 
WT does the initialisation, it sets the pot's minimum speed to 20wpm, so 
same effect :-).

Good idea on using the Winkeyer software - I just gave that a try, but 
once WT is open, it's got exclusive use of the COM port, so you can't 
then connect to the WK with the Winkeyer software at the same time.

I did try disabling the WK interface in WT, connecting with Winkeyer, 
setting the speed range, disconnecting in Winkeyer, then re-enabling the 
interface in WT, but as you'd expect, the act of re-enabling the 
interface also re-initialises the speed range (quite rightly!)

It looks like it's not possible at the moment - so maybe a feature 
request for a future version could be to specify the speed range in the 
"WinKey configuration" dialog? I hope I'm not the only one who doesn't 
use speeds up to the current maximum of 60wpm :-).
