[WT-support] Win-Test 4.10.0 on Windows 8 error

I'm glad you found a solution.  You may now right click on the Win-Test
icon, change the properties to always "Run as Administrator."

I'm not sure why it crashes, perhaps it is still writing some files to the
installation directory, which only an administrator ID can do.
