[WT-support] Win-Test 4.10.0 on Windows 8 error

1. Uninstall Win-Test
2. Right click on wt-4.10.0.exe
3. Select "Run as Administrator"
4. Right click on the new WT icon and select "Run as Administrator".

If you get the same result, open the Windows Event Viewer (Start, Run,
eventvwr.msc) and see if you can find an error message under "Applications."
