A few virus scanners think that Win-Test contains the Themida virus, but it
does not.
Just upload wt.exe to VirusTotal.com as explained in the link that DL1ELY
provided, and you will see that there are only a few scanners that falsely
report that Win-Test is a virus. They do that only because of the way that
Win-Test was encrypted.
Chances are very good that the real issue is something else, such as a bad
device driver or some other virus. I recommend MalWare Bytes Anti-Malware
and ComboFix to find the real problem.
