[WT-support] Voice keyer issue

The soundcard must support MUTE in order to make everything work.

Use the sound card checker to determine if your sound card supports the mute function.

My own laptop built-in soundcard doesn't support MUTE, but a cheap USB Soundcard
from Creative does.
