[WT-support] Slow log sync

K5GN recently fixed a similar problem (including UDP Socket Error 10065), by
going into the Windows Firewall settings, clicking on the "Exceptions" tab,
then clicking "Add Program" and adding Win-Test (wt.exe) as an exception.

See if that helps, and please let us know.
