[WT-support] Problem with WinTest after re-installing my OS (smaller mail)

DLPortIO.sys does not show up on the list of loaded drivers (i'm using
NirSoft Driverview.exe)
I have downloaded and installed the dlportio package (port95nt.exe) on the
computer.
