[WT-support] ESM and AUTO SEND problem

Hi guys!

Any idea why ESM and Auto send are not working? Auto send is not
working at all, no matter what we'll do.

With ESM CQ is sent as it should, but after typing the call, nothing's
sent. 2nd time ENTER sends call and ? (F7 msg).

INS and F2 keys are working ok and with INS and + operation
everything's working. If ESM is disabled, still no matter to Auto send
and vice versa.

Setup: latest WT version, latest Router, MK2R+ and SO1R mode in WT.
