To make things easier, install a program called Gnu Wget from
http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/

This program fetches files from the web to your hard disk.

Then you can easily write a batch file to fetch all the CTY_WT_DAT,
MASTER.DTA and MASTER.SCP files with one command to the proper directory.

Sample batch files and a Readme file with instructions may be found here:

Warning:  the batch files OVERWRITE any older CTY or MASTER files in your
Win-Test directories without warning if newer versions are found on the web.
 They are hard coded to use the standard Win-Test 4 installation directories
for Windows XP and Windows Vista/Windows 7.
