[WT-support] UK 144MHz May Contest Support

The chances of Win-Test adding new support for this (new?) contest seem very
low.  I suggest looking elsewhere, like N1MM Software.

Or, you could try every VHF/UHF contest supported by Win-Test to see if
anything fits the unique exchange requirements.
