[WT-support] New GetScores conduit

Hi Marios,

I downloaded wt2score.zip from your website, installed .NET 4 (1 GB
disk space, puh!!!) and now I started wt2score.exe for the first time.

I get: 

    Unable to find wt.ini! wt2getscore is terminating.

WT.INI is located in the C:\WINDOWS directory. wt2score.exe is located
on my Desktop. I tried moving files around but no change.

My platform is Windows XP Home Edition SP3.

Any ideas?
