Check the secondary radio window. Your question mark maybe routed to 
this window with the usage of the shift or shiftLock key (or another 
automation).

Hi Larry:

The "Secondary radio" window is grayed out on the
other four computers but is active on this computer.  Further, when shift is
pressed, the background in that window turns yellow.

That IS IT!  "Advanced SO2R" was checked.  Selecting "SO1R/Multi" fixed it.
