[WT-support] Can't use "?" on ONE computer in callsigns

Did you *ever* assign any scripts via Tools | Scripts Manager?  It is easy
to create a dead key by assigning a script to a key, then deleting that
script using Windows Explorer instead of the Scripts Manager built into
Win-Test.
