[WT-support] WT4 & FT-5000 VFO selection

Win-test has no support for SO2V operation or crossband operation (VFO A on
one band, VFO B on another). It just understands standard "split mode"
operation. It is supposed to figure out which VFO is the "Active" one.
Maybe something is different about how that is indicated in an FT DX 5000.

It would be nice if the Secondary Radio Window could be used to track VFO B,
but I don't expect SO2V support to be added to Win-Test any time soon.
First the developers really need to fix all the outstanding SO2R bugs:

Task #264 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=264> -
Advanced SO2R, microHAM protocol on MK2R+, CapsLock binds to secondary
radio, wrong TX focus
Task #281 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=281> -
Pressing AltGr-T twice toggles Primary/Secondary radio buttons when it
should do nothing
Task #289 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=289> - Using
Adv SO2R, pressing Escape always puts both ears on Primary Radio
Task #305 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=305> - Using
Winkey, REPEAT mode, and Plain pile-up, pressing Esc leaves headphones on
wrong radio
