[WT-support] Sending 5NN? instead of 599#

Hello all,

During CQ WPX CW and CQ-M contest Win-Test would randomly send 599? instead
of 599 serial number. This happened only with 4 digit call signs. DQ4W, SK3W
and such. Anyone else experienced this behaviour?
As said this was random, so I had to monitor what I was sending, which is a
pain when doing SO2R.
