[WT-support] Run or S&P mode

I have setup Win-Test to work on RTTY.

I have set a mark in Tools -> Data entry -> Enable Run/S&P swithing

I have typed RUNSPON in the call field.

No matter what when I press F1 I send CQ in stead of the S&P Message.

What do I make wrong?
