The *first* time that you log this station, you will have to fill it in by
hand.  After that, Win-Test will remember the exchange.

Someone could still add this information to the IOTA.DTB file, either by
typing the calls into the logging window one at a time, then doing File |
Update database as explained by I2WIJ, or by writing a program to merge the
new data into the .DTB file.

Once in IOTA.DTB, the exchange will be pre-filled (perhaps with out-of-date
or incorrect data, so be careful with relying on pre-fills).
